Privacy policy
How SkyPedal and the MOGAMES website handle data, and how to contact us.
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with SkyPedal: Bike Obby Parkour (“SkyPedal” or the “game”), provided by MOGAMES, and the mogames.app website. References to “MOGAMES”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the publisher of the game.
The policy covers the types of data processed, their purposes, service providers, retention practices and available request channels. It describes the current Android version and the services on this website.
For privacy questions and personal data requests, contact: dogukaninstagram58@gmail.com.
2. Game data stored on the device
SkyPedal stores level and checkpoint progress, coin balances, unlocked bikes and characters, personal best times, game preferences, reward records and a local profile identifier in the app’s storage on the device. This information supports game functionality, saved progress and reward management.
The current version does not require a MOGAMES account. It does not offer player chat, online multiplayer or a MOGAMES cloud-save service. Local game saves are not uploaded to MOGAMES servers. Backup services provided by the operating system or device are subject to the relevant service’s settings and terms.
3. Advertising services and data
SkyPedal uses Unity Ads and Google AdMob through Unity LevelPlay. The game includes banner and interstitial ads. Watching ads that provide in-game rewards is optional.
Depending on the provider and configuration, these services’ software components may collect or share:
- IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them;
- advertising IDs, app set IDs and, where applicable, the provider’s account or other device identifiers;
- device model, operating system and app information;
- interactions such as app launches, ad requests, impressions, clicks and video views;
- error, diagnostic and app performance information.
Advertising services process this information for ad delivery, analysis of advertising and app interactions, performance measurement, troubleshooting, security and fraud prevention. The scope varies with device settings, region, provider and advertising configuration.
The current game configuration tells LevelPlay that personalized advertising consent has not been granted and sets a “do not sell” preference. These signals do not mean that all data processing stops. Non-personalized ads can still process technical data for delivery, measurement and security. Provider practices and available choices are described in the policies linked below.
4. Reward time verification
The game may send time-verification requests to Google and Cloudflare services over HTTPS to validate daily and time-based rewards, prevent rewards being obtained by changing the device clock, and keep the reward system consistent.
These services can see the connection’s IP address and technical request information. Time-verification requests do not include the player’s game save, coin balance, or character and bike inventory.
5. Website and support communications
mogames.app is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the site, secure connections and prevent abuse, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, and connection times.
MOGAMES has not added advertising, marketing pixels, visitor analytics or external font services to this website. The pages do not set advertising or personalization cookies. The hosting provider’s security-related processing is subject to its own privacy policy.
When a user sends a support or privacy email, the email address, message and any supplied attachments are processed through Google’s email service. We use this information to review and respond to the request, resolve technical issues and conduct necessary follow-up. Users should not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents in support requests.
7. Data retention
Local game data may remain on the device until the app’s storage is cleared or the relevant records are removed. Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the request and complete related follow-up. Retention takes into account the nature of the request, any ongoing dispute and applicable legal obligations.
Personal data under MOGAMES’s control is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes and no other obligation requires its retention. Advertising and other service providers apply their own retention and deletion practices. Deleting game data from the device does not automatically delete information previously processed by these providers.
8. Security and international processing
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. The game’s time-verification connections and this website use HTTPS. No electronic transmission or storage method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Our service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence. The relevant processing locations and safeguards for international transfers are described in the providers’ privacy policies.
9. User choices and data requests
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and the right to complain to a competent data protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn without automatically affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Local game data: Users can clear SkyPedal’s storage/data through Android’s app settings. This may erase game progress and unlocked content. Users with a save problem are encouraged to contact support before doing so.
- Advertising choices: Android’s advertising ID and advertising privacy settings are available. Options vary by device and operating system version.
- Requests to MOGAMES: Send requests to dogukaninstagram58@gmail.com, describing the request and the relevant service. To protect the requester and other users, we may ask only for additional information needed to assess the request securely. Requests are assessed within applicable legal time limits.
- Requests to service providers: Providers’ privacy policies explain choices and access or deletion channels for data they process under their own control.
The current version does not have MOGAMES game accounts, so there is no separate account to close. This does not remove the ability to delete local data or make a personal data request.
10. Children’s privacy
SkyPedal is made for a general audience; it does not specifically target children younger than 13.
During ordinary gameplay, MOGAMES does not deliberately ask children to supply contact details. If we discover that a child’s personal data was collected unlawfully, we take reasonable steps to remove the relevant information held under our control.
A parent or legal guardian can send questions or deletion requests concerning their child’s information to dogukaninstagram58@gmail.com. For information processed by advertising providers, request options are explained in User choices and data requests.
